Return your order with a Return Authorization code within 14 business days for a full refund minus shipping charges.
Please take the following steps for us to process your return efficiently:
- Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that are in
original condition, have not been worn, altered, washed or dry cleaned within 14 business days of receipt of purchase.
- Final sale on all international orders, sale items and jewelry.
- Store credit on all items purchased with a coupon code.
- Please email us at info@ladyeeboutique.com to request a Return Authorization code.
- A return without a RA code or not returned within the specified time will be shipped back without refund.

We suggest shipping your return using a traceable method and insuring the package since we cannot be held responsible for packages we do not ship ourselves.
